All our grilled meats are cooked in our holm oak charcoal ovens just before serving. The expert hands of our chefs ensure each selection is cooked to exquisite perfection according to the individual tastes of each client.

SIRLOIN STEAK

Northern Ox / Black Angus or Girona Beef


For many aficionados of good meat, sirloin is their favourite cut. Its slight marbling of fat gives it an intense and delicious flavour. We offer cuts of top loin and bottom loin from Black Angus, Girona beef and Northern Ox. Steaks of between 250 and 350 grams.


OX RIB-EYE STEAK

Northern Ox, without bone


We serve you a fabulous Northern Ox 500-gram boneless rib-eye steak, accompanied by green Padron peppers and served on basalt stone to keep the meat hot without cooking it further. To enjoy alone or to share.


SIRLOIN BEEF STEAK

with foie


One of the jewels in the crown, the star cut of beef. From this noble part we offer the juicy, tender centre of sirloin, with unequalled texture and taste. Accompanied by our foie and a Pedro Ximenez reduction.


LAMB RIBS

P.D.O. Aragon suckling lamb


We are talking about rib and only rib of this delicious suckling lamb from Aragon with protected designation of origin status. Carefully cut and left to rest for a couple of days, we serve the ribs cooked to perfection.


BURGER

made in La Taberna, 100% beef


We make our burgers in the restaurant using only the best beef. Enjoy them with goat’s cheese and sweet onion or with caramelised apple and foie. Accompanied by potatoes and salad.


“XL” BUTIFARRA SAUSAGE

made in La Taberna


The butifarra is a typical Catalan sausage and we stuff our own here at La Taberna. We offer the classic butifarra with haricot beans and our original butifarra stuffed with caramelised onion and pine nuts.
